"Checkout was more of a hassle than expected"
I found what I was looking for quickly, so that part was fine. But once I got to checkout, yeah, it got a little annoying. The page was loading slowly, and then I had to type in my shipping info again, which felt unnecessary.
I also didn’t love that the final total wasn’t really clear until the very last step. I kept going back and double checking things because I wasn’t totally sure what I was actually paying.

The order did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a complete disaster or anything. But the checkout process could definitely be smoother.

"Fair prices, no weird surprises"
I checked a few other places first, and the prices here seemed fair... not the cheapest maybe, but definitely reasonable. Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which made me feel better about ordering. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

"Honestly a super easy shopping experience"
I had a really good experience shopping on benfranklinonline.com. The site was easy to figure out, I found exactly what I needed without any hassle, and checkout went through perfectly. I’m basically 100% convinced it couldn’t have been much smoother. No real issues at all, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order from Ben Franklin Online showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was just kind of average. Compared to other craft supply orders I’ve gotten, this one felt a little less protected. The box was slightly bent on one side and really could’ve used some extra padding.
Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Still, for fragile craft items, I expected a bit more care with the packing. It wasn’t awful, but it also wasn’t as solid as I’ve seen from similar shops.

"Decent local shop, but the checkout and policies need work"
The store itself was alright and they had some good stuff, but the checkout was way too slow. What really bugged me was how some of their policies seem to have these little loopholes that make things more annoying for customers than they need to be. It felt like they could pick and choose how to apply the rules depending on the situation. Not a terrible experience, but definitely frustrating.

I went on Ben Franklin Online mainly to check out the promos, but the weird part is most of the discounts were either really small or didn’t work on the stuff I actually wanted to buy. It got a little frustrating once I got to checkout. The site itself wasn’t terrible or anything, I just thought the deals would be better

"Not gonna lie, the craft selection is decent but a little hit or miss"
Not gonna lie, they do have a good mix of craft stuff, and I’ve found some nice things there. But it’s a bit hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for. Sometimes they have what I need, and other times I end up having to check somewhere else

"Pretty easy site to use, right?"
I thought the site was really easy to get around. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find what I needed without having to click through a bunch of random stuff, you know? Checkout was straightforward too, with no weird steps or confusing forms. It’s always nice when a website just works the way you expect it to.

The site was easy enough to use, though I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer in a few places. Not perfect, but overall it was a good experience.

I ordered a few things from benfranklinonline.com and the delivery was dependable. I got the tracking info and the package showed up when it said it would. Nothing was missing and nothing was damaged. It was a simple experience which is exactly what I wanted

Getting the refund was quick and simple overall, but I still had to put in more effort than I wanted to. It worked out fine in the end, just wish it didn’t take me going through the steps myself.

I found way more craft and party stuff than I expected. It was easy to browse, there were tons of options, and the prices felt fair. I’ll definitely keep coming back as long as the selection stays this good, if it ever drops off, I’d probably start looking somewhere else

My order showed up with the wrong items, and the quantity wasn’t right either.

I ended up checking my receipt again because it didn’t match what I’d actually picked out.

It was annoying to deal with after waiting for the package. Not the best first order, honestly

I had a question about my order, so I emailed benfranklinonline.com not expecting much of a quick response. To my surprise, they got back to me the same day and actually answered the exact thing I was asking about, which felt "refreshing."
The person who replied was friendly and kept everything simple, with no runaround or confusing back-and-forth. My issue was handled quickly, so overall it was a "good customer service" experience for me.

"Shipping felt a bit high"
The product itself was good, no complaints there. I just felt like the shipping was kind of pricey, at least for my order. I’m not totally sure if that’s normal or if it depends on location, but it made the total cost feel a little higher than I expected
